Position Title: Office Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado
Reports To: Business Manager
Non-Exempt / Hourly / Part time
IntroductionWith headquarters in Tromsø, Norway, Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT) supplies ground station services for satellite space-to-ground communications. KSAT is the world’s largest supplier of telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) and data acquisition services for non-geostationary satellites.
Founded in 1968, KSAT has grown to over 500 employees with an annual revenue of approximately $200M. About 50% of KSAT’s annual revenue comes from the US. The wholly owned subsidiary KSAT Inc. (aka. KSAT USA) office is located in the Denver, Colorado area and is rapidly growing in response to strong US Government and industry demand for commercial ground segment services.
Summaryof Position
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the KSAT USA office in Denver, CO. In addition, this role provides human resources administrative support by maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding documentation, tracking performance evaluation schedules, and supporting personnel file management.
This position serves as a key administrative resource for employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The role does not include responsibility for benefits administration, payroll processing, HR compliance management, employee investigations, or employee relations activities.

Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility-related needs and office maintenance requests.
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and organizational systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative communications.
- Support leadership with special projects and administrative reporting.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Ensure employee records are accurate, current, and properly organized.
- Process and maintain onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Coordinate employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations from a recordkeeping perspective.
- Track performance evaluation due dates and provide reminders to supervisors and managers.
- Maintain performance review documentation within employee personnel files.
- Monitor completion of required forms and employment documents.
- Assist with document collection during the hiring and onboarding process.
- Respond to routine employee requests for employment-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Support leadership with workforce data and administrative reporting as requested.
Record Management
- Maintain secure physical and electronic personnel records.
- Ensure documents are retained according to company guidelines.
- Organize and archive employee records as needed.
- Prepare reports regarding employee review completion rates, onboarding status, and personnel documentation.
Example Duties

- Updating employee personnel files when job titles, departments, or reporting relationships change.
