Intern, Human Resources (Office Administration)
The Human Resources Intern is a hands-on, impactful role supporting Inspirato's in-office employee experience and culture. From day one, you'll take on real responsibilities with structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship from our People Operations team. If you're highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn what it takes to run a best-in-class workplace, this internship is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the front desk presence, warmly welcoming employees, guests, and partners as the first point of contact for our Denver office
- Support day-to-day office operations including shared spaces, supplies, snacks, beverages, mail, and overall office readiness
- Assist People Operations with onboarding and offboarding tasks such as workspace setup and badge access coordination
- Help manage office access and visitor coordination to ensure a smooth, secure experience
- Support culture-building activities, team events, and in-office programming
- Coordinate with building management and vendors on routine facilities needs and requests
- Assist with tracking office-related expenses and vendor invoices
- Build relationships across the company through a visible, approachable, and service-oriented presence

Qualifications & SkillsCurrently enrolled in/or recently completed a degree program in Business, Hospitality, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace; clear and confident communicator — comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, guests, and vendors; able to juggle multiple priorities, stay calm in a fast-paced setting, and take initiative when needed;
professional, reliable, and discreet; prior experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or administrative support is a plus — but not required
Compensation: $20 per hour; mentorship: structured support and guidance from our People Operations team throughout your internship; dynamic office culture: four-day in-office schedule (9am – 3pm) with snacks, beverages, and amenities including an in-house golf simulator; network: exposure to a collaborative, cross-functional team at a leading luxury travel company
