Kelly is seeking an experienced and motivated RPO Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for our clients. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate activity.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet established recruitment metrics and hiring goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruiting activity and market trends.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
, preferably in staffing, agency, RPO, corporate recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Must be willing and able to travel to the downtown Denver office as needed.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, professional, administrative, or light industrial recruiting.
- RPO or staffing industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
