HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, HRIS Specialist
About Us We’re Cura HR, a team of HR pros who partner with organizations across industries to create thriving, people-first workplaces. Some clients count on us as their full HR team; others call us in for special projects. Either way, we jump in, create custom experiences, and get things done.
Our team brings expertise across multiple HR disciplines and works collaboratively to support best-in- class HR practices. If you’re looking to broaden your influence, deepen your HR expertise, and make a meaningful impact across a diverse client portfolio, we’d love to meet you.
About the Job This is not a traditional internal HR role. As a Human Resources Consultant, you’ll partner with clients and fellow Cura Consultants to deliver exceptional HR programs, projects, and day-to-day support across a variety of organizations. You’ll navigate multiple HR disciplines, contribute to meaningful client outcomes, and apply your expertise in a fast-moving consulting environment, including:
- Total rewards administration
- Payroll administration
- Performance management
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Policy development and compliance
- HR operations and project execution
What to Expect Our client needs are always evolving, and this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and is comfortable aligning their schedule with shifting project timelines. There will be a ramp-up period as you build familiarity with our clients, systems, and ways of working. Over time, your workload and focus may flex as client projects start, pause, and change direction, so success in this role requires both patience during onboarding and flexibility as priorities shift.
