Code Path.org is hiring a Recruiter for Early Talent Programs (Claude Corps) to help select inaugural cohorts. This remote, United States contract role runs for six months with a full-time schedule and compensation of $40-$45 per hour.
You will own a meaningful portion of the candidate funnel from application review through structured interviews, grounded in clear competencies and a shared rubric. Expect fast-paced reviews, calibration sessions, and close collaboration with the Head of People.
