We are partnering with a well-established food manufacturing organization seeking a Training Coordinator to support employee development, safety compliance, and operational training initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding, safety training, compliance programs, and ongoing workforce development to ensure employees are equipped for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs for full-time, seasonal, and temporary employees.
- Schedule and organize training sessions for plant personnel across multiple departments.
- Administer and track safety training programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee development through skills assessments, knowledge verification, and training effectiveness evaluations.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational, maintenance, administrative, and support functions.
- Monitor training completion metrics and assist leadership with workforce training plans and development goals.
- Partner with Safety and Operations teams to reinforce a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
- Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to employee training and performance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience facilitating group training sessions or employee onboarding programs.
- Excellent orga and planning abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, food processing, distribution, or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting OSHA compliance, workplace safety programs, or training record management.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, or regulatory compliance practices.
