The Advocates is a legal search firm with a 24-year history of building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding results for both candidates and clients. As we continue to grow our Denver office, we are seeking a Search Consultant to join our team.

• Manage a full desk recruiting attorney candidates while engaging with leadership at law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the full recruiting life cycle
• Source new clients and candidates through proactive cold calling, while building and maintaining relationships through our inquiry-based sales approach
• Write presentation letters and conduct outreach to clients and candidates

• At least three years of business-to-business sales experience or two or more years of recruiting experience (retail sales experience will not be considered)
• A strategic thinker who approaches each client and candidate interaction thoughtfully
• Holds themselves to high professional standards and is goal-oriented
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• College degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
