Talent Coordinator

Coordinate recruiting, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system records and hiring-manager follow-up
Maintain job descriptions with hiring managers and post them to the career site, applicant tracking system, Linked In and job boards
Schedule interviews across candidate and interviewer calendars and manage logistics
Chase timely feedback after each interview stage
Support offer preparation, pre-employment checks, onboarding documentation and first-day readiness
Report on open roles, pipeline status and onboarding progress
Handle confidential candidate and employee information

• One to two years in human resources, recruiting coordination or administrative support
• Applicant tracking systems, Linked In and the Microsoft stack preferred
• BreezyHR familiarity a plus
• Understanding that scheduling and follow-through make a hiring process feel professional
• Interest in building a career in human resources, talent acquisition or people operations
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information

Demonstrates expertise in recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining candidate confidentiality. Proficient in using tools like Linked In and Microsoft applications to streamline the hiring process and support onboarding efforts.
