We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join a growing, high-performing team focused on traditional labor matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employers across a range of industries, advising on complex labor relations issues while also handling sophisticated litigation. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union-related matters, while partnering directly with business leaders to deliver practical, strategic solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Advise employers on a wide range of traditional labor issues, including union relations and workforce strategy
- Lead and support collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration
- Handle grievances and arbitration proceedings from strategy through resolution
- Represent clients in labor disputes and administrative proceedings, including matters before federal agencies
- Partner with clients and internal teams to proactively manage risk and navigate complex workplace challenges
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced setting
- 7-8 years of experience in labor & employment law, with a strong focus on traditional labor
- Hands-on experience with collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union environments
- Exposure to NLRB matters or similar administrative proceedings is highly valued
- Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Active Colorado Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
- JD from an accredited law school
