Tech IT Recruiter – Fast-Track C2H Expert

We are hiring a skilled IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in technical recruiting and C2H staffing. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and managing candidates using an applicant tracking system (ATS) - Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
- Demonstrating strong expertise in IT recruitment with a solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and industry standards
- Leveraging job portals such as Naukri, Linked In, and others

TECHNOLOGIES HANDLED

Embedded technologies:

Embedded C, C++, Firmware, MATLAB, SIMULINK, SPI, UART, MODBUS, CAN, UDS, FPGA

Microsoft technologies:

Net, C#, Asp.net, WCF, WPF, , SHAREPOINT.

Testing methods:

Manual, Automation, Selenium, and QTP. Java technologies:

Java, Core JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, Java script, UI development, HTML, CSS, SPRING.

Engineering services:

CAD, CAM, AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, Solid works, UGNX, PLC.

Mainframe technologies:

JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2

SAP technologies:

SAP ABAP, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP MM.
