As a Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across multiple markets throughout the Midwest region. Based in our Denver, Colorado office
, this role serves as a key recruiting partner supporting operations and hiring leaders across Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota, and other assigned markets.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role responsible for managing a substantial requisition load and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will partner closely with Operations and Human Resources leaders to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.

This position is based in Denver, Colorado and requires regular in-office attendance.
This is a 100% onsite position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

While located in Denver, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruiting efforts across multiple Midwest markets, partnering closely with operational leaders and HR teams in Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota, and other assigned locations.

The role requires frequent interaction with candidates, hiring managers, community organizations, and business leaders through phone, video, and in-person communication. Occasional travel may be required to support hiring events, career fairs, workforce development initiatives, and operational needs.

Standard business hours generally apply; however, flexibility may occasionally be required to support recruiting events and business needs.
