Here’s how a Human Resources Coordinator 1 for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team:

• Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) and manage scheduling logistics
• Send interview confirmations and organize debrief sessions
• Post jobs to internal and external boards and maintain requisition accuracy
• Enter and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors)
• Build and update reports on recruiting efforts for key stakeholders
• Schedule and communicate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain candidate confidentiality
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with talent acquisition projects

• 1 year of previous Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Success Factors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and employment laws
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
• Experience supporting recruitment operations or events

The estimated salary range for this role is $57,000 - $74,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
