Executive Recruiter – Focused

CB Partners is growing, and we’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping candidates make meaningful career moves. You’ll recruit for a variety of companies and positions, giving you exposure to different industries, organizations, and hiring needs.

You do not need to come from a traditional agency recruiting background. We’re interested in people who are competitive, personable, motivated, and genuinely enjoy working with others.

• Recruit candidates for positions across multiple companies and industries
• Source talent through Linked In, our ATS, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Build relationships with candidates and develop a strong professional network
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, career goals, and fit
• Present opportunities and guide candidates throughout the interview process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback afterward
• Help candidates evaluate opportunities and navigate the offer process
• Develop expertise within your recruiting specialty and the Denver market
• Partner closely with experienced recruiters and sales professionals

We’re less concerned with checking every box and more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and drive. Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, customer service, account management, or other relationship-driven experience can be helpful, but it is not required.
