Our 2027 Human Resources Internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment while learning from experienced HR professionals.
This intersnship is designed for students who are eager to learn, grow, build meaningful connections, and gain real-world experience that will prepare them for a successful career in Human Resources and Hospitality.
Responsibilities- Support the HR team with day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communoication, and onboarding activities.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Partner with hotel leadership and HR teams to support employee needs and initiatives.
- Gain exposure to key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Demonstrate a warm, professional, and service-focused attitude with guests, associates, and leadership.
- Follow all hotel policies, brand standards, safety procedures, confidentiality expectations, and grooming standards.
- Learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment while developing valuable professional skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related degree program preferred.
- Strong interest in hotel operations, hospitality leadership, guest service, and career growth within the hotel industry.
- Previous hotel, customer service, retail, or campus leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods of time.
