Who You Are

Goodway Group is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across our U.S. and global teams. This role will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and People Experience (HR) team to help manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, support candidate communication, and assist with early-stage screening.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable communicating with candidates, and interested in growing into a broader recruiting role.

What You’ll Do

• Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open roles
• Conduct initial screens for select roles, with support and guidance from the TA Partner
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse
• Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Help prepare interview materials, candidate summaries, and recruiting updates
• Track scorecards, follow-ups, and next steps to keep searches moving
• Assist with job postings, sourcing projects, and candidate pipeline management
• Support offer and onboarding coordination once candidates are selected
• Help maintain a positive, timely, and organized candidate experience
• Support global hiring coordination through Remote/EOR processes as needed

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, people operations, coordination, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfort speaking with candidates over video or phone
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organization skills and comfort working in systems
• Curiosity about recruiting, talent, and people operations
• Experience with Greenhouse, Linked In Recruiter, Calendly, ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools is a plus
• Experience supporting U.S. recruiting or global hiring is a plus
• Experience in advertising, marketing, media, agency, or client services environments strongly preferred
• Familiarity with roles across paid social, paid search, programmatic, retail media, analytics, account/client management, sales, or marketing operations is a plus
• Ability to understand role requirements across agency and marketing functions and translate them into clear candidate screening notes

Success in This Role Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, this person should be able to:

• Own scheduling coordination for assigned roles
• Keep Greenhouse stages, notes, and candidate statuses updated
• Conduct basic candidate screens with clear notes and recommendations
• Improve candidate response times and follow-up consistency
• Help keep hiring managers informed on candidate pipeline status
