Job Description:Wearecurrentlyhiringtemporary Recruitingteammemberstoeffectivelysupporttheprocesstorecruit,screen,testandselectemployeestoensurethesuccessfuloperationofthe
Call Center.
Participateinactingasaninformationsourceandstrategicbusinesspartnerinallphasesofrecruitingfortheorganization.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- 1.Assistindeveloping,implementing,andexecutinghourlyandexemptrecruitmentstrategiestomeetthestaffingneedsforinternalandexternalpositionsincludingtesting,screening,andinterviewingtoensurecallhandlingandservicelevelsaremaintained.
- 2.Meetrequiredmetricsinthedailyrecruitingprocess
- 3.AssistinthecompletionofspecificprojectsasdirectedbytheHRactionplansand/ortheHRteam.
- 4.Followestablishedrecruitingprocesseskeepingtheteamincompliancewithallinternalauditprocessesandapplicablestate/federal laws.
- 5.Representtherecruitingteamduringinternal/externalauditsasneeded.
- 6.Assistincoordinatingcorporateandfacilityfunctionsfortheemployees
- 7.Assistindevelopingandimplementingthebrandingandmarketingstrategiesthatwillensurethe Sagilitybrandisprofessionallyrepresentedinthecommunity.
- 8.Orientateandonboardnewemployeestoensureunderstandingofcompanypoliciesandprocedures.
- 9.Maintainpartnershipswithemploymentagenciesasneeded.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSin Human Resourcesorrelatedfieldorequivalentcombinationofeducationand /or experience.
- Language
Skills:
English - Experience:
1to2yearsofhumanresourcesexperiencerequiredpreferablyinsometypeofrecruitingrole
Skills:
- IntermediateknowledgeofPCapplicationsfor
Word,processingspreadsheets,presentations,etc. - Demonstratedwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillstoincludepresentationability.
- Demonstrateddecision-makingandproblem-solving ability.
