Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can guide employee relations, oversee core HR operations, and help deliver a positive and compliant workplace experience. The role will play a key part in benefits administration, onboarding coordination, and effective use of HR information systems to keep people processes organized and responsive.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring HR practices are carried out consistently and in alignment with organizational policies.

- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters by addressing workplace concerns, providing guidance, and supporting fair resolutions.

- Manage HR administrative processes, including personnel documentation, record maintenance, and workflow coordination across the employee lifecycle.

- Oversee benefits-related activities such as employee support, enrollment coordination, and communication of available programs.

- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires to create a smooth start and ensure required paperwork, orientation, and policy review are completed.

- Maintain and utilize HRIS tools to support accurate employee data, reporting, and process efficiency.

- Partner with leaders and internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives and promote a positive, mission-driven work environment.

- Monitor HR procedures for compliance and recommend process improvements where needed to strengthen operational effectiveness. Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment.

- Background in human resources administration, including handling records, documentation, and routine HR processes.

- Practical knowledge of employee benefits support and administration.

- Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate workforce data.

- Ability to coordinate onboarding activities and support a strong new employee experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

- Understanding of HR compliance standards and confidentiality requirements in a detail-focused setting. Talent Match®
