• $100k+ OTE, comprised of base + performance bonuses

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience required
• Prior 3rd-party recruitment experience required
• Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to ask for help and work in a team environment

• Source, schedule, and interview candidates across multiple technical functions and skillsets
• Recruit for multiple client openings and directly manage client communication
• Assist with negotiating salaries, extending offers, and conducting orientations
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support
• Attend networking and community events
• Attend client meetings and provide subject matter expertise
