People Ops Coordinator

We are seeking a People Ops Coordinator to support our People and Workplace team. This role is centered on providing high-quality support to employees, managing key onboarding processes, and ensuring the timely resolution of inquiries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and adept at handling various operational tasks within a dynamic environment.

Location:

Denver, Colorado (Partial Remote)

• Own and manage employee query tickets through the People Help Center, providing timely and high-quality responses.
• Manage employee onboarding processes, including data processing in Workday, identity verification, and employment authorization (I-9).
• Monitor background check processes for new hires.
• Handle ticket triage and drive timely resolution of all incoming tickets.
• Manage ad hoc processes and projects for the People and Workplace team as needed.
