The Technical Program Management team partners with engineering groups to deliver complex projects efficiently. They streamline processes, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration to enable clear communication and faster execution. The team aligns multiple stakeholders, manages dependencies, and drives continuous improvement across initiatives. Utilizing expertise in program management, agile methodologies, and technology solutions, they ensure successful delivery of impactful outcomes. Their focus on clarity, speed, and lasting results supports engineering teams in achieving strategic goals while maintaining a productive and well-coordinated work environment.

What

you'll do
  • Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to drive technical alignment from requirements to implementation by negotiating trade-offs and securing decisions.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and promote automation to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
  • Mentor associates and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
