- Engage with front‑line units (FLUs) and LATAM and Canada Country Executives to securely deliver against strategic initiatives within risk appetite.
- Conduct risk‑based information security discussions and ensure focus on the right risk priorities.
- Provide guidance on information security topics, policies, and controls.
- Evaluate cyber security controls and advise on application, platform, and distributed computing platforms as well as global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with risk partners on information security critical priorities and contribute to risk deliverables.
- Support triage process with clients and help them understand the GIS support structure.
- Build strong partner relationships with peer technology groups and supported FLU/Ops.
- Drive the required risk culture and partnership with technology teams.
- Information Security and/or Payments Technology professional with 10+ years’ experience.
- 7+ years of risk management experience with proven ability to apply risk principles to challenging business situations.
- 3‑5 years evaluating cyber security controls and providing guidance on application, platform, or distributed computing platforms, and global regulatory and industry compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SWIFT CSP, PCI DSS).
- Subject matter expertise in network and application security, vulnerability testing, authentication services, cryptography, and key management.
- Experience with information security and/or architecture for messaging, API gateways, and core payment rails.
- Knowledge of Windows, Midrange, and Mainframe platforms with emphasis on security and access controls.
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills with strong aptitude at influencing and problem resolution.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work with peers and various levels of management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Contribute to ongoing information security initiatives, including implementation and maintenance for FLU/Ops.
- Serve as an information security subject matter expert and advise management on risk issues related to information security.
- Monitor information security trends and keep leadership informed.
- Manage quality control and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
