** The Procurement team is responsible for securing the material equipment Vantage’s Data Centers require to function. The team leads these efforts from conception through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, New Site Development, and Engineering along the way. Procurement also works closely with vendor partners to come up with a vertically integrated design, and we manage these partners to deliver the projects on schedule and budget.

** Vantage is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Technology Procurement Analyst to be an integral part of a global team responsible for managing IT materials, licenses, maintenance, software, hardware, and associated supply chains. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the organization’s global technology needs are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business  this role, you will project-manage every aspect of the procurement and delivery process from initiation through completion, supporting technology initiatives across Vantage’s global footprint.

Daily responsibilities include developing and managing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; negotiating commercial terms and contracts with regional vendors; managing inventory levels across the region; tracking deliveries; building and maintaining complex, multi-region project budgets; and creating, reviewing, and managing purchase orders for software, hardware and professional services.

As a Technology Procurement Analyst, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with international suppliers and cross-functional internal teams including IT, Automation, Construction Cost & Finance, Accounting, Construction, Operations, and Legal.
