What You’ll DoRealtime is searching for an Ad Operations Manager that is an emerging expert across paid media channels and disciplines. As an Ops Manager, you will:
- Work on a daily basis with large brands on performance and brand advertising campaigns that drive impact, revenue, and growth.
- Work with and have the opportunity to manage advertising operations teams across social, search, and/or programmatic channels.
- Work hands-on-keyboard within media platforms and build the channel strategies and approaches that accomplish your clients’ business objectives.
- Learn and implement advanced measurement tactics and tools to bridge the gap between investment and measurability.
- Bring innovation and new ideas to the table for both your direct clients and accounts, as well as the agency more broadly.
- Build and execute tests – then report on those findings and make recommendations on how those tests should be interpreted, iterated, and improved.
As an Ad Operations Manager you’ll have a chance to strut your stuff and work across channels, teams, and clients to deliver results, drive innovation, and build effective campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. To do this, you should have:
- At least one year of experience in at least two of these disciplines
; paid social, paid search/shopping, programmatic advertising, app-based advertising. - Proven track record of success within paid media campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Have obtained relevant platform certifications
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with deck creation and presentation
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
