Overview
Position:
Salesforce Functional Lead
Location:
Denver, CO
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities- Translating business requirements into functional Salesforce designs
- Conducting workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define scope and objectives
- Documenting business processes, user stories, and functional specifications with the Business Analyst
- Supporting release management, UAT, and regression testing
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud would be a plus
- Salesforce Functional Lead with minimum 8-10 years’ experience working on Salesforce Platform
