Product Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us craft intuitive, seamless experiences that make sending money across borders easier and more human. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research to design features, flows, and interfaces that solve real problems for our global customers. At Ria, you’ll contribute to building smarter financial experiences in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment—one that values iteration, clarity, and design with purpose.

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile—from discovery to final UI
• Turn complex financial workflows into simple, elegant interfaces
• Rapidly prototype using modern tools (e.g. Vercel v0, Bolt, or Figma AI features)
• Use insights from research, data, and testing to guide your design decisions
• Partner with PMs and engineers to ship features that balance user and business needs
• Contribute to and evolve our shared design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Participate in design reviews and give/receive thoughtful, actionable feedback
• Experiment with AI-powered tooling to boost productivity, design at scale, and improve iteration speed

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX/UI thinking
• Experience simplifying complex workflows through elegant interaction and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (including AI-assisted ones)
• Comfortable in iterative, agile environments and fast-paced product teams
• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings
• Curious about how AI is shaping the future of design—and experienced using tools like Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Bolt, v0, or similar
• Able to balance structure and speed, and open to rethinking your own approach with every new tool

• Experience in fintech, especially regulated domains like remittance, payments, crypto, or lending
• Familiarity with front-end development or strong design-to-dev handoff practices
• Experience designing for global audiences across languages, regions, and platforms
• You’ve built or prototyped a project using no-code or AI-first tools
• You actively explore new workflows—whether automating tasks, building quick MVPs, or testing interfaces powered by AI
