Retail has changed fast. Products no longer compete only on physical shelves. Increasingly, retailer algorithms determine what shoppers see, what gets recommended, and what quietly disappears. Accuracy, availability, eligibility, and trust signals now directly impact performance. Tina's is hiring a Digital Shelf Manager to own and protect how our products appear and perform across digital retail shelves even when we are not actively advertising.
This role ensures Tina's products remain visible, accurate, eligible, and conversion-ready across retailer platforms, while supporting Sales and leadership through rapid, AI-driven changes in commerce.
This role is remote-first. While Tina's maintains an open office in Bentonville, Arkansas, this position does not require daily in-office presence. Team members are welcome to work from the office as often as they choose. Success in this role is measured by system health, execution quality, and early risk detection, not location. Strong written communication, independence, and comfort collaborating across teams in a distributed environment are essential.
