About the roleThe Solutions Consultant guides customers through the full myairops onboarding journey. You’ll work closely with business development, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial interest to successful go‑live.
Key elements of the role include:
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations that help customers understand the platform and its potential for tailored solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert throughout onboarding and hyper‑care
- Leading customers through configuration, implementation, and early adoption
This is a customer‑facing role that blends technical understanding, communication skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to apply system configuration principles using industry knowledge, product expertise, and customer requirements
- Significant customer management experience, including interpreting complex requirements and identifying solution opportunities
- Experience working with integrations or implementations of cloud‑based systems
- Experience with complex software platforms requiring tailored client solutions
- Familiarity with Jira, VSTS, or similar tools
- Understanding of project management fundamentals
