We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Ad Operations Manager to join our exceptional Managed Services and Support team as we look to expand our operations geographically. The role will support current publisher clients in their advertising operations, as well as general ad server support and technical troubleshooting of US and LATAM based business. This position can be fully remote, with an option to work in one of our established office locations.
Job Summary
The Ad Operations Manager position sits within our managed services group and is responsible for managing the trafficking and delivery of ad campaigns for assigned publisher clients. You will work with team members and other internal groups to make sure issues and questions are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. You will also work very closely with client contacts on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved and that all deliverables are being met.
In addition, you will also address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel and assist with troubleshooting technical issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
Other responsibilities include communicating ideas for improving and refining workflow processes for assigned accounts . You will work closely with our Senior Product Support Manager supporting and troubleshooting a variety of publisher ad serving questions. The right person for this role is organized, motivated, detail oriented, curious and excited about learning new technical skills.

Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and launch online ad campaigns into client-specific ad serving platforms
- Work closely with client contacts to provide ad operations support and communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
- Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on client campaigns to ensure that all placements and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering on pace
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimization
- Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
- Address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Experience with Google AM360 required
- Spanish Fluency or strong proficiency in business writing and speaking required
- 3+ years of online ad operations and client service experience
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept problem solving ability and resourcefulness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Excel

Hours:
US Mountain Time 8-5pm Preferred
The hiring range for this position in Colorado is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
