AI Project Manager

Inte Pros is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the research, evaluation, and delivery of AI-driven solutions across cross-functional teams for our Telecommunications client. This role will identify emerging AI technologies, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and manage execution from discovery through deployment to drive business impact and adoption.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee AI solution development including LLMs, automation, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI systems.
• Drive user adoption, training, and performance optimization.
• Track KPIs, ROI, and operational impact of AI solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, automation, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience managing Agile teams, SDLC, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
