Bridged AI is building a next‑generation Trust Automation platform designed to help organizations make confident, auditable ship/no‑ship decisions across complex software and AI delivery systems.

Modern engineering organizations struggle to answer a simple but critical question:

“Is this release safe to ship?”

Bridged AI solves this by creating an Evidence Graph that connects security, compliance, CI/CD, and AI lifecycle signals into automated trust scoring, continuous compliance validation, and scalable release governance.

The company is founded by a former Microsoft engineering and software supply chain security leader who helped secure large‑scale global development ecosystems and modern Dev Sec Ops  pipelines.

We are hiring an early Founding Engineer to help architect and build the core technical foundation of Bridged AI.

This is a rare opportunity to:

• Help define an emerging category in software and AI trust automation
• Shape core platform architecture and product direction
• Work directly with the founder and early design partners
• Own meaningful technical decisions from day one
• Receive significant founding‑stage equity ownership

Depending on your strengths, responsibilities may include:

• Design and build scalable evidence ingestion pipelines
• Develop distributed systems supporting large‑scale security signal correlation
• Architect multi‑tenant, cloud‑native platform infrastructure
• Design APIs and SDK integrations across CI/CD, cloud, and AI ecosystems
• Build graph‑based or event‑driven data processing architectures

• Integrate supply chain security frameworks (SBOM, SLSA, provenance, signing systems)
• Develop trust scoring and risk evaluation engines
• Build policy and compliance automation systems
• Implement security validation, verification, and signal normalization logic

We are looking for builders who thrive in early‑stage environments.

You likely bring:

• 5+ years experience building scalable backend, platform, or security infrastructure
• Strong experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, or cloud platform engineering
• Experience working with Dev Ops, CI/CD, or security tooling ecosystems
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Go, Python, Type Script, Java, Rust, or similar)
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes‑based systems)
• Strong product thinking and ability to collaborate directly with customers and leadership

Bonus experience includes:

• Software supply chain security
• SBOM / provenance / signing frameworks
• Graph databases or streaming architectures
• Security telemetry or compliance automation
• Developer platform or internal tooling development

• Builder mindset and ownership mentality
• Curiosity about security, trust, and developer ecosystems
• Comfort operating in startup ambiguity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for solving hard, meaningful infrastructure problems
