Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.

  • Provide high quality support to Executives and senior management on a daily basis with meeting needs and priorities, that achieves a high level of customer satisfaction and attention.
  • Support and provide technical assistance to the business to ensure planned meetings operate as expected, both internal and external meetings.
  • Test and maintain collaboration software on a regular basis.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and coordinate with third-party vendors when collaboration hardware errors are identified.
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding support and use of the collaboration hardware and software for the End User.
  • Coordinate with the Help Desk for support of any collaboration needs between the business and IT.
  • Use, contribute to and maintain the collaboration knowledge base and solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Knowledge of operation of Cisco collaboration hardware.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with collaboration software such as Webex, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction.
  • Able to be flexible to meet unpredictable requirements of Executive Leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form, with both non-technical users and technical users.
  • Ability to quickly learn, solve problems, and utilize new technologies.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

HOURS / SHIFTS
  • Regular business hours.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Frequently be able to bend, stoop, crouch, etc.
TRAVEL
  • Minimal travel may be required to other locations.
  • Approximate overnight travel is 5%.
