Lead A​/V Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead A/V Technician for an opportunity based in Denver, CO. This role will lead commercial audiovisual installations, ensuring high-quality execution across audio, video, and network-integrated systems. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on integration experience, deep knowledge of commercial A/V technologies, and the ability to lead installations from setup through client training. This position requires a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in both team‑based and independent work environments.

• Lead commercial A/V installations including audio, video, and networked systems
• Install, configure, and fine‑tune audiovisual equipment including cameras, projectors, and control systems
• Perform structured cable management and termination (CAT6, XLR, and related cabling)
• Install and support hardware including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and QSC components
• Support DSP configuration and system functionality (Biamp, QSC, etc.)
• Collaborate with remote programmers to ensure seamless system integration
• Apply networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, and router configuration
• Conduct system testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and end‑user training
• Ensure projects are completed according to scope, checklist, and quality standards

• 3+ years of commercial Audio/Video integration experience
• Hands‑on experience with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, and related A/V technologies
• Experience with control and configuration tools such as Crestron Toolbox, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Shure software
• Strong understanding of DSP functionality and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routers)
• CTS or CTS-I Certification strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and customer service skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
