IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager
What you will do
As a Staff Consultant with Echo Park Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end AI‑first ERP implementations for our clients. You will be a trusted resource for both client stakeholders and internal team members, providing advisory services on business processes and systems architecture, leveraging your on‑the‑job learned knowledge of AI‑first ERPs.
Client Advocacy & Engagement- Be proactive in engagements, always serving as the client’s advocate
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
- Engage in process mapping, reengineering, and future‑state process design
- Build understanding of the accounting practices of a client’s organization
- Advise clients on standard AI‑first ERP functionality and industry best practices
- Ability to understand and speak about accounting topics with clients
- Design system configurations, draft functional requirements, and create design documents
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to build custom solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage scope and requirements effectively, ensuring work stays within allocated budget
- Lead configuration workshops and manage offline configuration activities
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Lead End User Training (EUT) sessions
- Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities
- Provide post go‑live support and troubleshooting as needed
- Engage in all phases of ERP implementations:
Plan, Migrate & Reconcile, Integrate, Train, and Go Live. - Translate complex business needs into functional solution designs
- Work closely with in‑house developers to implement custom solutions for internal use and clients
- Create wireframes and schematic diagrams to support discovery and requirements gathering
- Participate in status meetings, project planning, work breakdown, and change control processes
- Stay current with AI‑first ERP product updates and industry trends
- Be open to learning new skills and expanding your software expertise as needed for client engagements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 2‑3+ years of hands‑on ERP configuration and consulting/administration experience, 5+ full life‑cycle implementations (ERP examples: Infor, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, Net Suite)
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting services, and/or SaaS/High‑Tech industry experience
- Extensive familiarity with data migration plans and procedures and hands‑on experience completing Go‑Live cutover data loads
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
- Ability to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to be on‑site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)
$80,000.00 to $96,800.00
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
