The Role

We’re hiring Technical Product Support Specialists who love solving puzzles, tinkering with tech, and helping people. This is not your average support gig — it’s part IT helpdesk, part product expert, and part customer hero.

You’ll go deep on Flowhub Maui and the entire Flowhub ecosystem, mastering how our software interacts with POS hardware, printers, scanners, drivers, networks, and operating systems. When dispensaries reach out to us, they need answers fast. You’ll be the human who figures it out, fixes it, and earns their trust.

Traits we’re targeting:
  • Flowhub Expert-in-the-Making: Obsessed with learning Flowhub Maui and how our platform interacts with hardware, operating systems, and dispensary workflows.
  • Technical tinkerer: Enjoys hardware and software equally — printers, drivers, operating systems, networking cables, peripherals, POS terminals, iOS, Mac, Windows.
  • System thinker: Sees the end-to-end picture:
    Maui + hardware + payments + integrations. Can map a customer’s problem across layers.
  • Natural teacher: Explains technical fixes in simple, human language. Loves walking someone through a Maui workflow or hardware setup and hearing the “ah‑ha.”
  • Connector: Loves talking to people — not just in chat, but on phone, video, and screen‑share. Builds trust quickly.
  • Builder’s mindset: They don’t just follow a script; they want to improve the knowledge base, write better documentation, and feed insights back to Product/Engineering.
  • Passionate About Legalization: Genuinely energized by the cannabis industry’s evolution—supports responsible legalization and compliant access, and takes pride in helping dispensaries operate smoothly and legally with Flowhub.
  • Proven support chops + high standards: You bring 2+ years of technical support or dispensary experience and want to level up alongside a high‑performing team where excellence is the norm. Bonus points if you’ve done this in IT support, SaaS, or retail tech environments.
What this looks like day‑to‑day:
  • Troubleshoot customer issues across Flowhub Maui, hardware, and integrations.
  • Support dispensaries running Windows, Mac, and iOS setups, ensuring printers, scanners, and peripherals run smoothly.
  • Diagnose complex issues that blend software workflows with hardware quirks (ex: Maui not syncing with a printer driver).
  • Capture and escape true defects to engineering, while owning resolution for the majority of frontline problems.
  • Build deep product expertise in Maui, Flowhub Pay, Greet, Stash, and View — becoming a trusted guide for our customers.
  • Continuously document learnings to accelerate resolution for future customers.

, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Base Hourly $28.85 - $36.06 + Equity
