We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and support multiple project initiatives. This role involves managing project delivery end-to-end while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and senior agency stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• PMP certification (required)
• 8+ years of proven project management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Lead and facilitate project activities across multiple project executions
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholders
• Maintain and manage RIDAC items (Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes)
• Provide clear project communication through weekly status reports and meeting documentation
• Track tasks and action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Communicate and collaborate with senior-level agency stakeholders
• Own and maintain all required project documentation and artifacts
• Capture and apply lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate project records in Service Now
• Learn and apply the OIT C2C project delivery process
• Work with the manager and portfolio team to report project health, address issues, and request support as needed
