Are you a seasoned Epicor Administrator with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology? We are a leading company in the Manufacturing industry, looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Epicor Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your expertise will be highly valued and your contributions directly impact our company's success.

Responsibilities:

As a Epicor Administrator, your primary role will be to manage and optimize our Epicor ERP system. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of our Epicor ERP system, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Developing and implementing Epicor dashboards and modules to enhance business processes and operations.
3. Managing the integration of Epicor with other business systems and software, thereby ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving any Epicor-related issues that may arise, providing technical support to end-users as necessary.
5. Conducting regular system audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
6. Working closely with other IT team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.
7. Training staff on the use of Epicor ERP system, modules, and dashboards.
8. Keeping up to date with the latest Epicor updates and industry trends to ensure our ERP system remains current and effective.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epicor Administrator or similar role.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing Epicor dashboards and modules.
3. Proficiency in Epicor integrations, with a solid understanding of data flow and system interoperability.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
6. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
