Product Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading managed services provider, is seeking a Product Manager III to join a high-impact team delivering innovative managed services solutions across networking, cybersecurity, and AI. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging technologies, contributing to both new product development and the evolution of an established product portfolio built on Cisco platforms.

• Own and execute against an existing product roadmap while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion
• Lead the development and delivery of co-managed services solutions leveraging Cisco technologies
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to design, build, and launch new product capabilities
• Drive product lifecycle activities including requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Support managed services offerings spanning networking infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and deliver customer-centric solutions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including AI integrations across networking and security platforms

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning roadmaps, delivery, and stakeholder outcomes
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and product delivery processes
• Knowledge of networking technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, and Wi Fi
• Familiarity with Cisco products and enterprise networking environments
• Experience working with APIs and integrating modern technologies into product solutions
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to balance technical, business, and customer priorities

• Experience delivering products within telecom, managed services, or networking environments
• Exposure to AI-driven product features or integrations
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including DDoS protection and firewalls
• Experience working with both hardware and software product ecosystems
• Engineering background or strong technical foundation
