Gen AI Architect

We are seeking a highly technical and client-facing Gen AI Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions within a hybrid Azure and Salesforce ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands‑on – ideal for a leader who can architect solutions, actively code, guide development teams, and confidently present innovative ideas to clients.

• Lead architecture and technical design of AI‑powered applications using Python and Azure AI services
• Take full ownership of technical deliverables and solution quality
• Actively participate in projects as a hands‑on contributor while guiding development teams
• Create HLDs, LLDs, API contracts, and technical specifications aligned with SDLC best practices
• Present client demos and articulate technical solutions in a clear, compelling manner
• Provide peer code reviews and technical guidance to development teams
• Manage and coordinate offshore development teams
• Support monthly release cycles (Mon–Wed release windows) with hands‑on involvement
• Design scalable, service‑oriented architectures (SOA) for enterprise‑grade applications
• Partner with Salesforce, Azure, and frontend teams to integrate AI services across platforms

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python 3 and AI/ML libraries
• Deep understanding of how AI applications are designed and implemented
• Experience building AI solutions using Azure AI, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage
• Strong Azure Cloud experience including web apps and serverless architecture
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js and Angular (v2+)
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC) Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Experience building and integrating AI chatbots across multiple platforms
• Experience designing scalable SOA‑based architecture
• Ability to create technical documentation including API contracts, HLDs, LLDs, and tech specs
• Proven ability to lead offshore teams and conduct peer code reviews
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills

• Experience building AI Chatbots using Azure AI and Python
• Experience embedding AI services into:
• Salesforce LWC applications
• Node/Angular‑based marketplace applications
• Experience developing AI‑powered marketing assistants using Azure Functions
• Experience developing knowledge‑based AI applications
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise digital platforms
