A company is looking for a VP of Growth to build and scale its growth engine across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, creators, and lifecycle channels
Run experiments on ad creatives, funnels, and onboarding processes while building a data-driven growth model
Lead a small, high-output team, fostering a culture of rapid execution and testing
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in owning growth at a consumer or product-led growth company
Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, CAC / LTV, and payback metrics
Experience in designing and analyzing experiments
Comfortable working in both strategic and executional capacities
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing and growth strategies
