  • Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance across all program components
  • Manage full project life cycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on governance and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for data‑centric programs
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practice
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational adoption, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of data stewardship
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver executive‑level reporting on governance and program outcomes
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices in program management and data governance
  • Resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and balance competing demands while maintaining governance standards
  • Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and optimize program outcomes
Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and compliance frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering complex, governance‑focused initiatives
  • Proven experience in global, cross‑functional environments with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities
  • Experience preferred with data catalog platforms (e.g. Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to define and track KPIs, generate dashboards, and present governance insights
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic planning skills
