SAP FINANCE ARCHITECT GL Accounts Payables Taxation Fixed Assets

The primary function of this position is to be responsible for implementing SAP FICO General Ledger Accounts Payables Taxation and Fixed Assets functionalities. The Specialist will lead the implementation of all the above modules as part of S4

HANA Finance Transformation project ensuring seamless integration with third‑party systems like Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, and Blackline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4

HANA Finance particularly in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Taxation and Fixed Assets with a preferred background in the financial services industry.

• Project Leadership:
  Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP GL Accounts Payables Taxation and Fixed Assets within the S4
  
  HANA Finance Transformation project.
• Requirement Analysis:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements independently; drive design workshops independently with the client; prepare preliminary materials for the design workshops; send out meeting minutes of the workshop post each session; follow up on the action items from the workshops.
• System Configuration:
  Configure SAP GL Accounts Payables Taxation and Fixed Assets modules; design solutions that maximize out‑of‑the‑box features of the product and minimize customizations; provide technical guidance to product owners, functional teams, testing teams, compliance and other development team members.
• Integration:
  Ensure smooth integration of the above modules of S4
  
  HANA with Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft and Blackline.
• Documentation:
  Create Functional Design Docs (FDDs) and Functional Specifications to address fit‑gaps via RICEFW developments independently; ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for development work.
• Testing and Validation:
  Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to end users ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
• Change Management:
  Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Post‑GoLive Support:
  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post‑implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
  Masters degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 5 years in SAP S4
  
  HANA, Finance, GL, AR, AP, Tax, Fixed Assets and Bank Accounting.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the financial services industry with experience in Seed Accounting being a plus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in SAP S4
  
  HANA Finance, SAP Accounts Payables, Taxation and Fixed Assets modules; experience with S4 FICO and integration preferred with Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft and Blackline.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communication:
  Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications:
  
  SAP certification in S4
  
  HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Travel:
  Must be flexible to travel to client place.

• Basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
