Transamerica is organized into three distinct businesses. These include
1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors,
2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and
3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
* IT Operational management experience in infrastructure network support or other areas that tightly align with Network services.
* Experience managing IT budgets inclusive of hardware, software and staff resources.
* Management of large operational functions, including on-boarding services, financial budgets, and SLA’s.
* Management of small- and large-scale changes in an enterprise operation, following proper change control and communications.
* Highly motivated, detail oriented, effective communicator, technology and managerial leadership skills.
* Hands-on development and managerial experience in large-scale, high-volume, and complex environments preferred.
