We are looking for a Transition and Diversion Services Quality Analyst for the Compliance and Implementation Unit!

We are onboarding new employees using a hybrid approach. The Department supports flexible work arrangements. Depending on the business need and description of the position, we have options that range from hybrid to full‑time in the office. Specific discussions about the schedule will be discussed during the offer stage.

Please note - equipment provisioning and certain onboarding tasks will take place in person, in our downtown Denver office, on the first day of employment.

Brief description of the work unit:

The Compliance and Innovation Division is responsible for ensuring the Office of Community Living can be responsive to the Department of Justice (DOJ) voluntary Settlement Agreement, the Olmstead decision, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. It is responsible for transitioning individuals out of more restrictive or institutional settings. The CID Implementation Unit exists to drive forward the implementation of the innovative policy, reporting and oversight for the Compliance and Innovation Division.

Key responsibilities:

This role is the Department staff authority on the Department of Justice Voluntary Settlement Agreement’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement plan. This position provides professional‑level data analysis and reporting support for the Compliance and Innovation Division. The Administrator IV is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support program evaluation, compliance activities, and strategic initiatives. This position directly influences program direction, risk mitigation strategies, and quality improvement priorities by translating DOJ requirements and performance findings into actionable insights for division leadership, Department executives, and external partners.
