Provide technical support to healthcare providers using our platform.
About This RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist at MiiQC, you'll provide expert technical assistance to healthcare providers using our platform. You'll be the first line of support for users experiencing issues, helping them navigate our platform efficiently and resolve technical problems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive user experience and gathering feedback to improve our products.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, bugs, and user errors
- Document support interactions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Identify common issues and work with product and engineering teams to address them
- Conduct user training sessions and create educational resources
- Gather user feedback and communicate it to the product team
- Stay up-to-date with product features and updates
- Participate in improving support processes and tools
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Patient and empathetic approach to helping users
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with support ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Basic understanding of web technologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
