Product Manager

Our Fortune 500 client seeks a Product Manager to join a high-visibility Customer Experience Operations (CX Ops) product team focused on internet connectivity, device troubleshooting, and customer self-service workflows. This role is a backfill for a Senior Product Manager and will partner closely with executive stakeholders, UX/UI, engineering, and offshore delivery teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative team player, and executive-facing product manager with experience working in a software product environment.

• Partner with CX Operations executive stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine product requirements related to internet connectivity and customer troubleshooting workflows
• Own and support end-to-end product workflows for diagnosing and resolving customer internet issues, including:
• Modem/router and connectivity troubleshooting
• Device reboots and speed test flows
• Escalation to truck rolls when issues are unresolved
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, customer-focused experiences
• Work with Scrum teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs
• Engage regularly with GVP and VP-level stakeholders to align on requirements, secure approvals, and communicate progress
• Support initiatives that improve customer outcomes while also enabling upsell opportunities (e.g., WiFi extender pods, service upgrades)
• Contribute to appointment management workflows, ensuring efficient dispatch of service technicians
• Act as a trusted thought partner within the product team—offering ideas, feedback, and sound judgment
• Use AI and GPT-based tools (including proprietary solutions) to improve efficiency and product thinking

• Ideally 2+ years of Product Management experience (up to ~5 years considered)
• Experience working in a software product environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and AI/GPT tools
• Hands-on experience working with or alongside Scrum teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Collaborative, team-first mindset—this team values partnership and shared success
• Comfortable speaking up, offering ideas, and engaging in constructive debate
• Experience writing or contributing to user stories and product requirements (training provided if needed)

The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $60.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
