This position will have the opportunity for a hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote workplace). Equipment provisioning and certain onboarding tasks will take place in person, in our Denver office, on the first day of employment.

IT Support Specialist III

This role serves as the front line for the Business Operations team. Primary function is to identify, deliver, manage, and maintain uninterrupted digital and physical technology solutions across the agency. This is accomplished through end-user technology support to agency staff in-person, over the phone, and/or remotely. Includes management of all agency hardware assets using ITAM, TLM, BAM, and ERP processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide direct end-user support to full resolution through troubleshooting of enterprise and agency-specific software as well as hardware on all agency assets.
  • Provide customer service via written, virtual, and voice communications as needed to support end users.
  • Responsible for ticket creation, management, tracking, tagging, and follow-up from reception to resolution while achieving targeted customer experience.
  • Review user system problems, identify sources, and develop, propose, and manage resolutions.
  • Identify recurring user problems and develop solutions to eliminate problems; communicate impacts and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement of Biz Ops and CX strategies; identify potential security risks and report them.
  • Design, develop, update, and execute SOPs, guidelines, and best practices for enterprise-wide asset management.
  • Manage, update, audit, and improve processes for ordering, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of ITAM assets.
  • Provide strategic guidance over hardware asset licenses and ITAM software licenses to ensure proper maintenance and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate hardware deployments, reclamations, and replacements with vendors and internal stakeholders; image new hardware as required.
