Downtown Denver (Hybrid)

6month Contract to Hire (Conversion to full time guaranteed)

Willingness and ability to travel each quarter

Pay: $160k-$200k

Overview:

As a Manager, you will lead full due diligence engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee the work of Associates and Senior Associates. You will be fully dedicated to one engagement at a time, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product technology due diligence engagements
• Direct and mentor team members, ensuring quality and consistency
• Interface with client executives and stakeholders
• Oversee creation of detailed technical reports and recommendations
• Evaluate software architecture, development practices, and team capabilities
• Provide strategic insights on product scalability, technical debt, and integration readiness

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in technology consulting, product development, or M&A
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements
• Deep understanding of custom software development and IT infrastructure
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
