• Package applications to company standards and time frames, including facilitating UAT.
• Deliver software into the Production environment in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates.
• Provide third‑line application deployment support, including Service Desk coaching.
• Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment.
• Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring.
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager:
  Application configuration and deployment management.
• Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail.
• Experience working in a locked‑down global enterprise environment.

• Solution‑focused and committed to high quality delivery.

• Experience of high‑pressure, large‑scale environments.

• Flexera Admin Studio Suite – Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer.
• Microsoft Application Virtualization – Advanced troubleshooting.
• Scripting languages:
  Power Shell and VBScript.
• Experience managing Microsoft App Locker rules.
• Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may differ. The position will be open through February 28, 2026.
