Data Analyst (Hybrid — Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO)

We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join a growing analytics team supporting a leading energy organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data end-to-end — not just building reports, but helping teams understand what the data actually means and what to do next.

• Work with large, complex datasets (both structured and unstructured)
• Build dashboards and reports that drive business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders
