Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Asset Specialist to oversee and optimize the lifecycle of hardware and software assets across our Crusoe Cloud Data Center deployments. This role is critical for ensuring accurate inventory tracking, proactive license and support management, and deep visibility into our high‑value compute, networking, and storage environments. We are looking for a meticulous operator who brings a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), contract tracking, and infrastructure hardware to the team.

This is a full‑time position on‑site in Denver, CO.

• Shipment & Movement Recording

  • Record all inbound and outbound asset movements, capturing origin, destination, carrier, and expected and actual delivery dates

  • Confirm pickup and delivery milestones with vendors and logistics partners, updating system records in real time as status changes occur

  • Cross‑reference purchase orders, bills of lading (BOLs), and packing lists against system records to verify that what was shipped matches what was received

  • Document and elevate any discrepancies between broker‑reported status and physical delivery

• Asset Tracking & Visibility

  • Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date view of all assets in transit, staging, or deployed across Crusoe’s data center and field sites

  • Track each asset through its full movement lifecycle — from initial procurement receipt through site delivery and installation handoff — ensuring no gaps in the chain of custody record

  • Support the creation and application of asset tags, labels, and serial number records to ensure every physical asset has a corresponding system entry

  • Flag assets that are unaccounted for, past expected delivery, or missing from system records and assist in resolution

• Inventory Recording & Reconciliation

  • Assist with coordination of cycle counts and physical inventory audits, comparing on‑hand quantities and locations against system‑of‑record data

  • Record audit findings accurately and prepare reconciliation summaries that clearly document any variances between physical inventory and system records

  • Help maintain site‑level inventory logs that reflect current asset location and status at all times

  • Support process improvements that reduce recording gaps and improve the accuracy of inventory data over time

• Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare routine shipment status reports and asset movement summaries for the stakeholders

  • Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of all BOLs, delivery confirmations, packing lists, and receiving documents in shared repositories

  • Produce ad‑hoc reports on asset location, in‑transit inventory, and site receipt activity as requested

  • Help develop and maintain standard templates and SOPs for asset recording and reporting workflows

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
